To capture the passion, intelligence, imagination and resources of the people of North Liverpool/South Sefton and enable them to live in prosperity with vitality and creativity.

  • Inclusiveness - We will welcome everyone to our Panel who has a genuine interest in our works and signs our confidentiality and other agreements.

  • Engagement - We will work hard to communicate how we work in order to engage as many people as possible in it.

  • Client Confidentiality - This is fundamental to our work.

  • Integrity - Altruism and real concern to put the community and clients without regard to personal interests is key to our culture and the success of our work.

  • Reliability - If we commit to do something we will carry it out or tell our colleagues we are having a problem. Everyone involved with our work is very busy. We will respect this and ensure that our workload is spread  broadly so that we can avoid placing extra pressures on Panel Members at times of high business or personal pressures and will do our best to support each other at such times.

  • Imagination - Trivia is not trivial. No idea will be discounted and all ideas will be treated with dignity.
